We are happy to share that Cricket Thomas, CRIS, and Tim Anders, CPCU, have been promoted to Executive Vice Presidents of Programs at Breckenridge Insurance!
They have each demonstrated their respective operational, underwriting, and team leadership, as well as consistent program growth. In their new roles, Cricket and Tim have expanded strategic oversight of programs, key carrier partnerships, underwriting best practices, and staff development.
“Both Cricket and Tim are deserving of this recognition as talented individuals with comprehensive knowledge of program administration and carrier underwriting expectations,” stated Dennis DiCapua, President of programs. “It’s a true collaboration both internally and externally, and I look forward to their ongoing achievements and that of the programs team.”
Cricket has been integral to the success of the Contractors/Construction and Workers’ Compensation programs and team since joining Breckenridge in early 2010. During this time, she has led transformative change in production practices and related technology that has helped the team realize greater efficiencies without sacrificing quality. As Executive Vice President, she will expand her oversight of key procedures while continuing to manage the contractor’s programs, including commercial artisan, fire sprinkler, roofing, and contractors as well as general workers’ compensation program and the cannabis, CBD, and vape shops program team..
Tim joined Breckenridge in mid-2019 and quickly enhanced underwriting and audit readiness best practices for the insurance services division. He additionally oversees the specialty property program team and carrier partnerships as they continue to expand in size and scope of solutions. In his new EVP role, he will build on these successes and look to inform new program development opportunities in collaboration with Cricket and company leadership.
Congratulations, Cricket and Tim!
