Breckenridge IS, Inc. Announces Sale of Insurance Services Division to Accretive Insurance Solutions

ATLANTA, Ga., June 1, 2023 — Breckenridge IS, Inc., a diversified insurance distribution and services firm, today announced the sale of its Insurance Services Division to Accretive Insurance Solutions (“Accretive”).

The Insurance Services Division specializes in property and casualty wholesale brokerage, contract binding and program administration and includes Breckenridge Insurance Services, LLC (www.breckis.com) and Breckenridge Insurance Group, Inc. DBA Breckenridge General Agency (www.breckgen.com).

These entities and their well-established brand names and relationships in the property and casualty insurance industry will continue as part of Accretive.  Trevor Pierce, president, will continue to lead the full team of Insurance Service Division employees also joining Accretive. This talented, experienced team has driven organic growth and profitability over the last several years in multiple product lines and market segments including casualty, professional liability, property, investor-owned real estate, programs and non-standard auto, among others.

Breckenridge IS, Inc.’s other businesses in Financial and Member Services are not part of the sale and will continue to operate across its four brands:

• OSC Insurance Services
• Southeastern Underwriters
• Target Markets Program Administrators Association
• Insurance Networks Alliance
