Breckenridge Insurance Group hires insurance finance executive Angel Cruz

ATLANTA, Ga., May 17, 2016 — Breckenridge Insurance Group announced the hiring of insurance industry executive Angel Cruz as vice president of finance in their Atlanta-area offices. Cruz last held the position of director of financial reporting at Swett & Crawford where he spent nearly 14 years. In his new role, he assumes responsibility for financial best practices and analyses and provides strategic fiscal guidance as a member of the senior management team working closely with the leaders of all Breckenridge divisions.

Cruz has an additional 11 years of accounting experience in insurance and other industries from investments to manufacturing to banking. Prior to Swett & Crawford, he held senior accounting positions for varied divisions of American Financial Group including Infinity Insurance and Atlanta Casualty and Windsor Group (now Infinity).
